Terre de la Custodia, a secular winery tied to the Umbrian territory and the Farchioni family, has joined our experimentation project with the Pondus® stopper, to personalise winery's wine experience even more. The wine selected for participation in the first phase of the project is Montefalco Sagrantino D.O.C.G. 2019.

Thanks to Pondus®, we have confirmed the enduring relationship with Terre de la Custodia, as Paolo Romaggioli, the winery's oenologist, also reveals. "We have been working with Molinas for more than 10 years [...] The choice fell on Sugherificio Molinas because so far we have always been supplied with an excellent product at a fair price, and when we have needed assistance in evaluating certain technical choices, the company has always been available.”

The thing that unites us at Sugherificio Molinas and Terre de la Custodia is the great importance we give to dynamism, research and study, and the experimentation necessary to achieve continuous improvements in our production processes.
