TCA REDUCTION

To guarantee the highest quality, the cork grain used to produce MP2R is treated with Genesis® Steam Treatment, that has been developed by Molinas to guarantee the elimination of TCA and other volatile substances.

THE ADVANTAGES OF THE WASHERS

The two washers glued on one of the tops come from high-density cork barks, controlled and selected in the cork oak stand. Consequently, it is possible to reject all those cork barks in which vegetative anomalies of the tree may affect the cork resistance to mechanical stress and thus prevent the problems of washers’ detachment.

THE PERFECT SEAL FOR SPARKLING WINES

For superior safety of sparkling wines at the bottling stage, MP2R ensures the elimination of all those cork stoppers that, owing to vegetative anomalies of the plant may affect the resistance to mechanical stress of corking, making it perfect as a seal for sparkling wines.
